Frequently asked

Do I have to pay before I have any affiliates?

Nope. DIY tier is $0 setup. You only pay 1.5% when an affiliate-attributed deal actually closes. Stripe handles the payout split.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Most vendors start on DIY, upgrade to DIWY when they realize they want recruitment help, and drop back to DIY once their program is humming.

Why is DIFY so much more expensive?

DIFY includes ~30 hours of founder/team time over two weeks plus 3 months of active management. The setup fee covers that labor; the platform percentage is the same product.

What if I want to embed it inside my own app?

Path B (embedded integration) — your engineering team calls the kernel API directly so affiliates enroll inside your existing dashboard. Custom pricing. See /docs.

What countries do you support?

Stripe Connect supports 40+ countries today. Airwallex Connect for international vendors is coming Q3 2026.

What happens to affiliate payouts if I haven't connected Stripe yet?

They queue. You can finish Stripe Connect KYC anytime from your vendor dashboard, and queued payouts release automatically.
